Fresh fued escalate between Seyi Vibez and Adekunle Gold over musical lyrics, Nigerians reacts

Nigerian Afrobeat fuji sensation Seyi Vibez recently aimed direct disdainful shots at Adekunle Gold, sparking a fresh Afrobeat fued.

This sparked from a music jab after Adekunle Gold lyrical jab in his song “Life of the Faaji” from his Fuji Xtra deluxe album, released in May 2026 offended Seyi Vibez. In the song, Adekunle Gold delivered a direct shot at Seyi Vibez with the lyrics “They love my fuji, this no be Fuji Moto,” which didn’t sit well with Vibez, who digested it as a direct insult to his authentic Fuji sound and his 2025 project, FUJI MOTO.

He immediately called him out on X, throwing massive direct disdainful posts to him, which officially confirmed his feud with Adekunle Gold. His messages mostly targeted his fashion sense, his personality, and his musical career. He made a series of posts expressing his tantrum over how Adekunle Gold disrespected him.

While the heat spread via an incredible approach, Adekunle Gold is yet to utter a single word as reactions from fans continue to make most of the situation.

This adds to the unlimited fued carrying the victimized spaces of the Afrobeat curriculum with the likes of Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, and DJ Tunez still stocked in their grudges.
