Barcelona football club has breached a massive dimension to complete the signing of Newcastle hit man, Anthony Gordon, for a whopping currency of €70m fixed fee plus add-ons to be finalised for a package ranging for over €80m.
The winger has already accepted Barcelona proposed personal terms as the two parties have agreed to a finalise the deal.
The player is expected to travel to Barcelona to condone his medicals and prepare for the club’s official announcement.
Anthony Gordon will add another flair of attack to the Spaniard champions, having proven his dominance at Newcastle, contributing massively to the club’s current form in the English Premier League.
The incredible English star was linked to several clubs that fought for his signature until Barcelona attained it via his interest. It was obviously clear that he want to join Barcelona and link up with the likes of Raphinha and Lamine Yamal to dominate every major football campaign Barcelona will feature in next season.
In reality, his arrival will question Marcus Rashford’s future in the club as his stance is uncertain and unbalanced. Perhaps Barcelona will look forward to pulling his €30 million deal from Manchester United if the deal turns out favorable to both clubs.
