“I used to be in a secret, unhealthy situationship” – Ayra Starr

Nigerian singer Ayra Starr has disclosed that she once thrived in a situationship with a man she loved.

She mentioned that she used to be in a secret unhealthy relationship with a man she admired. Even though her friends advised her to let go, she always went back because of the strong bond and memories she shared with the man.

However, she would resist the call after she queried her stance and reformed her choice, which inspired her song “Where Do We Go”

Finalising her utterances, she revealed that she wanted to keep the relationship alive and also wanted him to fight for her.

Her words:

“I used to be in a secret, unhealthy situationship—no one knew about it except us. My friends kept telling me to walk away, but I loved him and kept going back because we shared a real bond and friendship.

It wasn’t going anywhere, so I started asking myself: where do we go from here? That was what inspired my song ‘Where Do We Go’. I wanted us to keep it private, but at the same time, I wanted him to f!ght for me…”

Ayra Starr is known famously for her incredible approach to dominance, having proven herself to attain prominence by releasing hit songs consistently.
