Nigerian singer-songwriter Qing Madi teams up with DJames on a new collaboration titled “Can’t Wait.” The song is part of Qing Madi’s growing 2026 catalogue and brings together her distinctive Afrobeats, R&B, and pop-influenced approach with DJames’ experience as a producer and recording artist.
Qing Madi has established herself as one of the younger Nigerian artists developing a sound that moves comfortably between Afrobeats, R&B, soul, and contemporary pop. Her music often places personal emotions and youthful experiences at the center of the songwriting.
That emotional quality fits naturally into Qing Madi’s established artistic direction, particularly her interest in intimate songwriting and music that connects with listeners on a personal level.
