Tiakola – WpointM (Album)

French rap star Tiakola is set to open a new chapter with WpointM, his highly anticipated second studio album, arriving on September 25, 2026, through M3LO WORLD and Atlantic Records France.

The 17-track project brings together his French identity, personal experiences, and Congolese heritage in a sound that moves across rap, Afrobeats, and Congolese rumba.

At the heart of WpointM is a concept built around three sections: +33, representing France and Tiakola’s upbringing in La Courneuve; <3, focusing on more intimate and personal themes; and +243, reflecting his Congolese roots. The title itself also connects to his real name, William Mundala, with the W and M forming part of the project’s identity.

Ahead of the album, Tiakola surprised fans on September 24 with WpointM – 93120, a six-track preface named after La Courneuve’s postal code. The EP features Leto on “Winter Melo Music” and serves as an introduction to the main album just hours before its official release.

The main album includes previously released tracks such as “Savage” and “Mélo Décalé,” alongside collaborations with Rema, Bné, Zaïko Langa Langa, Jorja Smith, and Theodora.

The project’s international guest list further expands Tiakola’s musical reach while keeping his personal and cultural identity at the center.
