Fally Ipupa – Miss Lolo

Congolese music superstar Fally Ipupa presents “Miss Lolo,” another notable track from his expansive project XX : Délirium.

Fally Ipupa’s version of “Miss Lolo” was publicly highlighted before the album’s release, after the Congolese singer performed a revisited passage of the song during a live broadcast. Meiway subsequently acknowledged the reinterpretation and the inspiration drawn from his work.

The track therefore carries significance beyond its place on the album. It demonstrates how African artists can revisit established songs while giving them a new musical setting and introducing them to audiences from another generation or region.
